At Toolsy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund.

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. Refund or Exchange Options

  • If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may request:

    • A replacement product, or

    • A full refund to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to damage, defect, or a mistake on our side, Toolsy will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Final decision on return responsibility will be made by Toolsy’s support team after reviewing the case.

5. Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Exchanges will be shipped once the return is approved and processed.
