At Toolsy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. Refund or Exchange Options
If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may request:
A replacement product, or
A full refund to your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the issue is due to damage, defect, or a mistake on our side, Toolsy will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Final decision on return responsibility will be made by Toolsy’s support team after reviewing the case.
5. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Exchanges will be shipped once the return is approved and processed.
